Ray's Tackle Shop has a 90 day risk free trial period for the chargers only. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the charger you can return it to Ray's Tackle Shop and receive a full refund of the purchase price not including any shipping & handling charges.
All Other Products:
All Other Products Sold By Ray's Tackle Shop have a 30 Day Warranty unless otherwise stated here.
Before returning any product you must first contact Ray's Tackle Shop by phone or email and get a shipping order number. All returns not given a shipping order number will not be accepted by Ray's Tackle Shop or any of the manufacturers.
All Unused products returned after the the risk free trial will be Pro-rated and charged a 15 percent re-stocking fee.
Ray's Tackle Shop and the manufacturers reserve the right to determine if a returned product is damaged or not and if it is still in new condition or not. Our determination is finale.
Ray's Tackle Shop policies do not supersede any warranty; guarantee and policy of any manufacturers.
DO NOT RETURN ANY PRODUCT BY COD. Because we cannot determine if the product has been dammaged by anyone WE WILL REFUSE TO ACCEPT ALL COD PAKAGES. NO EXCEPTIONS!
General Policies
All credit card orders will be shipped within 24 hours after an order confirmation has been received.
Orders paid for with a persoanl check, certified check or money order will be shipped 48 hours after the bank has confirmed the check or money order has been cleared.
